Front desk & calendar

Drag-and-drop room calendar, check-in and check-out wizards, e-signature contracts and a built-in night audit.

The Taskyinn front desk is the room your team lives in. The calendar is a real drag-and-drop grid — move a booking across rooms or dates in one motion and the system rewrites the folio, rate plan, channel sync and Shomoos record behind it. The check-in wizard handles Iqama and national ID scanning, signs the contract on screen, posts the deposit, opens the door lock pin, and triggers the welcome message — all in under 90 seconds. Night audit is one button and writes the day-end snapshot to the ledger so reports are sealed and cannot drift.

ZATCA Phase-2 e-invoicing

Certified Phase-2 e-invoice generation with QR code, cryptographic signature and direct Fatoora submission.

Taskyinn is a ZATCA-listed Phase-2 e-invoicing provider. Every invoice is generated as a UBL 2.1 XML, signed with the certificate registered against your VAT number, embedded with the ZATCA QR code, and pushed to the Fatoora portal — clearance for B2B and reporting for B2C, both in real time. Group invoices, mixed-VAT lines, credit notes, and zero-rated tax codes are all in the box. The audit log shows every submission and every clearance UUID so your auditor never has to ask twice.

Shomoos & NTMP integration

Auto-register every guest with the Ministry of Interior and report nightly occupancy to the Ministry of Tourism.

Guest registration with Shomoos used to be the last manual step in every Saudi front office. Taskyinn submits the guest payload at check-in — Iqama, national ID, or passport — and stores the reference number on the reservation. If the MOI flags a guest, the front desk gets a banner before the room key is handed over. NTMP (Ministry of Tourism) occupancy reports submit nightly without a click. Re-submissions, retries and verification locks for already-cleared guests are all handled.

Channel manager

Two-way sync of rates, availability, restrictions and reservations across Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Almosafer, Gathern and more.

The channel manager is Taskyinn-native and built for the Saudi distribution stack (Almosafer, Gathern, Wafd Al Mamlaka) alongside the global OTAs. Rates and availability push in seconds; OTA reservations land directly on the calendar with the right tax mode, commission split, and payment status. We reconcile what the OTA reports paying you against what they actually owe — so the silent leakage that legacy PMSs miss never makes it into your books.

Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Tamara and Tabby — all settled to your bank, all reconciled into the ledger.

Taskyinn Pay is a single processor wallet that consolidates every payment method a Saudi property needs. Daily settlements are exported with ZATCA-compatible codes that map straight onto the GL. Buy-now-pay-later (Tamara and Tabby) is wired in for guest stays and POS — with duplicate-payment guards and webhook-only status verification so a refreshed redirect never marks an unpaid stay as cleared.

Dynamic pricing engine

Rates that respond to occupancy, season, competitor moves and General Entertainment Authority events — without you setting an alarm.

The smart-pricing engine takes a baseline rate plan and applies layered rules: occupancy curve, day-of-week, competitor set (premium or median), demand events from the GEA calendar, and your own per-room caps. The autopilot can run in suggestion mode (your revenue manager approves) or full autonomous mode (it moves rates nightly). Every change is logged, every rule is reversible.

Housekeeping & maintenance

Schedule cleans against real-time check-ins and check-outs, with a mobile app in Arabic for the team on the floor.

The housekeeping board breaks the day into board-rate-mapped cleans, deep cleans, and turnovers. Staff get a mobile-friendly task list in Arabic, mark rooms ready, and the front desk sees it instantly. Maintenance tickets thread off rooms or public areas, with photo attachments and SLA timers.

Accounting & USALI reports

Double-entry general ledger, USALI 12 chart of accounts, multi-property P&L, AR aging, period closings and VAT-ready exports.

Taskyinn is the only Saudi PMS we know of with a real double-entry general ledger underneath the folio system. The chart of accounts is wired to the USALI 12 standard out of the box, so revenue, cost-of-sale, payroll, and overheads route to the correct sub-account on every transaction. Period closings seal the books; reopens are tracked. AR aging, AP, expense allocations and multi-property roll-ups are first-class — not a CSV export to an accounting suite.

Every report — cashier, housekeeping, occupancy, ADR/RevPAR, OTA reconciliation, discount audit, USALI P&L, departmental schedules — is rendered through the same descriptor pipeline. So when you ask for a new view, we ship it in days, not quarters. Every report exports to PDF (branded), Excel and CSV with the same data. Night-audit snapshots make historical reports immune to retroactive edits.
