Who can apply?
Saudi-registered suppliers with an active commercial registration (CR), supplying any of the categories listed above. We are KSA-only at launch — international suppliers can register interest and we will reach out as we expand.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is set per category and disclosed during onboarding, before you sign anything. Rates are fixed for a 12-month term so you can price with certainty.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are scheduled on a regular cycle agreed during onboarding. Verified suppliers are eligible for shorter settlement terms.
Do I need an API?
No. Manual catalog upload works for v1. If you do have an API or EDI, we integrate so stock and prices stay live — that prevents overselling and unlocks auto-replenishment for buyers.
Can I sell to a single property only?
Yes. You can scope your catalog to a region or a specific property if that fits your operation. Most suppliers open it up over time.
What happens if I don’t meet performance standards?
We notify you well before any action. If on-time delivery, ratings or dispute rate fall below threshold for two consecutive review periods, the verified badge is removed; persistent shortfalls can lead to suspension. Reinstatement is straightforward once metrics recover.
Is the program open to international suppliers?
Not at launch. We start KSA-only to keep fulfillment, returns and compliance simple. International expansion is on the roadmap.
