Taskyinn is the property management system Saudi hospitality kept asking for and never got. We started building it because no PMS fit how Saudi hotels actually work.
Why we’re building this.
Taskyinn began with a question that came up in every operator conversation: why does a Saudi hotel buy software designed for someone else’s market? ZATCA invoicing, Shomoos registration, MOT licence reporting, Hijri calendars, Arabic-first UI, Mada and STC Pay — none of these are afterthoughts. They are the job.
So we built the alternative. A modern, Arabic-native PMS designed around the Saudi operator’s real day: front desk, reservations, channel managers, payments, accounting, compliance and AI — wired together so the data flows end-to-end without spreadsheets in the middle.
The team behind Taskyinn combines deep hospitality operations experience, decades of vertical-SaaS engineering, and the operational rigour to scale across the Kingdom. We work the same long hours our customers do — because we share the same problems.
