How long does setup take?
Small properties (under 20 rooms): 24 hours. Mid-size hotels: 3 days. Chains: 7 to 14 days. Our team migrates your data from your previous system at no charge.
Are you ZATCA-certified?
Yes — Taskyinn is a certified Phase-2 e-invoicing provider, listed in the ZATCA approved-solutions registry. Every invoice is digitally signed and submitted directly to the authority.
Is data hosted inside the Kingdom?
All data sits on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) inside the Kingdom — Riyadh region. The infrastructure layer is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified, and we operate within the Saudi PDPL framework.
Does the system fully support Arabic?
Yes — the UI is Arabic-native (RTL), reports and invoices are in Arabic, and our support team is fully Saudi-based.
What if I already have an accounting system?
We integrate directly with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, and SAP. You can also export via CSV or our open API.
Are there setup or training fees?
No. Setup, data migration, and initial training are free for Starter and Pro. Enterprise includes on-site training.
What happens if internet goes down?
Taskyinn includes an offline mode for the front desk — guest registrations continue, and data syncs the moment connectivity is back.
